Can I switch plans?
Yes. Write to us and we switch your plan, with billing prorated. You can cancel any time from your creator studio.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter is free for 14 days. You add a card when you create your site, and the first charge comes when the trial ends, unless you cancel before. Everything in Starter works during the trial except selling, which opens when your plan starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Payments from your students go directly to your own Stripe account — we never hold your money.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We will notify you when you approach your limits. You can upgrade at any time to get more capacity without losing any data.
